Classical and Contemporary Two-Story Bungalow Exterior Design

Architectural Style and Features

Massing and Roof: The structure is a sprawling two-story design with a prominent hip roof covered in dark gray/black tiles, featuring a central triangular pediment-like element above the main entrance.

Color Palette: The facade uses a warm and elegant palette, primarily consisting of light beige/off-white for the walls and classical trim, accented by light brown/wooden finishes on the window shades and pergola.

Classical Elements: The design incorporates arched openings for the entry porch and sit-out areas, giving a nod to classical or Mediterranean styles. The use of decorative molding and trim around windows and roof lines enhances the traditional feel.

Boundary Wall: The property is secured by a substantial boundary wall featuring light-colored stone cladding texture and topped with decorative coping and lighting fixtures. A large, ornate black metal gate provides vehicular access.

Outdoor and Amenity Areas

Landscaped Patio: To the left, there is a covered outdoor sit-out area under an arch, opening up to a small, well-landscaped green lawn with outdoor furniture, perfect for dining or relaxing.

Pergola Terrace: A prominent feature on the right side of the house is an elevated terrace area covered by a decorative wooden pergola. This space is furnished with outdoor seating, creating an open-air lounge.

Garage/Carport: A designated covered parking area is seamlessly integrated into the structure on the right side.

External Staircase: An open staircase is visible, leading from the first floor to the roof or terrace level, adding a functional and aesthetic element to the rear of the house.

Balcony and Railings: The upper-level balconies feature decorative railing designs, maintaining a consistent aesthetic across the facade.
